D-Day +4 - Carentan

Arrival at Carentan
When you arrive you’ll be greeted by a game ref who will check you off the list and point you in the direction of the Northern Ireland building, which will be your sleeping and social ‘Out of Game’ area! Please unload your car and park up in the car park ASAP. Then get registered at games HQ – also in the Northern Ireland building.
GMA uniform and gun hire will be set up at the retailer’s section. You’ll be given a docket to hand in to get your equipment before the 10am briefing on Saturday 8th.
All weapons must be chronograph before 10am briefing Sat morning, hire guns will have already been done.
We ask all players to arrive any time on the Friday up to 10pm for registration and from 7am-9am Sat morning.

  • 12pm Kick off an the start of D-Day +

Game will slow down at 5pm and come to a close no later than 6pm continuing Sunday morning at 10am through to 2pm. The game will not stop during these gaming times.

Facilities
Catering and licensed bar are being provided by ‘What a Fine Mess’ professional military kitchen in a 1940s theme. All your meals can be pre-ordered; the menu will be posted up on the website before November 08.
The buildings we are using for the ‘out of game’ area has heating but concrete floors, so make sure you bring a camp bed to get you off the floor and a few extra blankets as it may still be cold.
Nearest main train and bus station is only five miles away at Petersfield town, where a taxi can pop you to the Longmoor main gates. We will have a van spare for moving kit from the main gate to the training facility if guys coming by train or bus have loads of kit.
